Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We offer a replacement or refund and cover necessary shipping for these issues.

Size exchanges

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to exchange an unworn, unwashed item. Customers cover return shipping and shipping for the replacement. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Change of mind

Our apparel is made to order. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for correctly fulfilled orders.

Cancellations

You may cancel before production begins. Contact us promptly with your order number to request cancellation.
